Private Pilates
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced Pilates students can work privately with Frank, learning and refining the Pilates mat routine. Bring workout clothing or dance wear that is loose and comfortable.
Semi-Private Pilates
Frank will work with small groups of (two to five individuals) with the cost of the class split amongst students. This small group format allows the individual attention that makes Pilates such a powerful movement tool.
TAI CHI CHUAN (Private & SEmi-Private sessions available)
Commonlly called Tai Chi or Taiji, this ancient exercise employs slow intentional movements, coordinated with breathing and imagery, to strengthen and relax the physical body and mind while enhancing balance and the natural flow or interal energy (qi). Recent medical research has shown that Tai Chi can improve many aspects of health, personal development and self-defense including: balance, musculoskeletal strength and flexibility; cardio-respiratory function; immune function; and emotional well-being.
Our Tai Chi teacher, Regina Gibbons, will share her deep understanding of Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi and Chi Kung, and personalize a simple set of gentle exercises you can do most anywhere. More advanced classes in Yang Style short form will be made available to those seeking to expand their understanding of Tai Chi Chuan.

Personal training for those individuals who are looking to achieve a higher quality of life. With a careful eye toward your specific needs, Nick will work with you to design a safe and effective workout program. Nick’s goal is to have you achieve a higher level of self-care and use the knowledge gained to enjoy other fitness activities.
